Terms of Service — The Soma Code Method

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Student," or "you") and Amber Raine Moses / The Soma Code Method ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the online program, website, and related services available at somacode.io and its subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

By enrolling in the program, creating an account, or accessing the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1 The Program & Services

The Soma Code Method is a 12-week online somatic education and self-discovery program. The Platform provides access to:

Pre-recorded video sessions, guided audio practices, and digital curriculum materials delivered weekly
Live or recorded Sunday Sound Journey sessions
A student portal for tracking progress, journaling, and accessing program content
Daily anchor messages and practice guidance from the facilitator
Optional direct communication with the facilitator as outlined in your enrollment tier

The Soma Code Method is a somatic education and personal development program. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, diagnosis, or crisis support. Individual experiences vary. Please see our Disclaimer for full details.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update any feature of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice. Program content may be refined to improve the student experience.

2 Enrollment & Account Access

To access the program you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when registering
Promptly update your information if it changes
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at hello@somacode.io
Not share your account access or login credentials with any third party

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be shared, transferred, or used in violation of these Terms.

3 Payment, Refunds & Cancellation

All fees for the program are stated at the time of purchase. By completing your enrollment payment you agree to the pricing in effect at that time. Fees are charged in USD unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of this program and the immediate access granted to course materials upon enrollment, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase. If you have a specific concern about your enrollment, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@somacode.io and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment infrastructure. Soma Code does not store your credit card number or sensitive payment credentials. If a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to do so may result in suspension of access until the outstanding balance is resolved.

4 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, audio, video, graphics, curriculum materials, methodology, and the "Soma Code Method" name and brand — is the exclusive property of Amber Raine Moses and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the program content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use during the period of your enrollment. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any program materials
Record or screenshot live sessions without prior written consent
Share access credentials or content with individuals who are not enrolled
Use the content to create competing products or derivative works

5 User Conduct

You agree to engage with the Platform and any community spaces in a manner that is respectful, lawful, and supportive. You will not:

Harass, threaten, or demean other participants or the facilitator
Post or transmit spam, unlawful content, or harmful material
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
Engage in conduct that disrupts or interferes with the program experience of other students

We reserve the right to remove any content and/or terminate access for any user who violates these standards, without refund.

6 Third-Party Infrastructure

The Platform relies on trusted third-party service providers to function — including secure hosting, authentication, database storage, video streaming, payment processing, and email delivery. Your use of the Platform is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers, which govern how they handle data processed on our behalf. We do not disclose specific vendor names in these public Terms, but we maintain a current list of categories of service providers in our Privacy Policy.

7 Not Medical Care, Therapy, or Crisis Support

The Soma Code Method is a somatic education program and does not constitute or replace medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or crisis support of any kind. Nothing within the Platform — including facilitator communications, program content, or any feature of the student portal — should be interpreted as clinical advice or treatment.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all program content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or experiences from participating in the program.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amber Raine Moses / The Soma Code Method shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for access to the program in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Amber Raine Moses is domiciled, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above and, for material changes, notify active students via email. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
