Meet Amber Raine

Years ago, Amber found herself in a season of profound physical, emotional, and spiritual collapse. Through meditation, sound, somatic practice, and deep inner listening, she began rebuilding her relationship with her body from the inside out.

What emerged over time became the foundation for The Soma Code Experience — a structured path for people who are ready to return to the body, build nervous-system capacity, and integrate change through daily practice.
